Still Movin'

We kept up with the same theme as last week: still vaccinating calves and moving them up to the mesa. We took the last herd up this morning. They will rest for a day, then Tuesday we will take the whole herd to the first mountain pasture. In between moving cows it has been fixing fence and irrigating, mostly.

The cows will be happy to get up to them mountain pasture. They will be cooler, there will be fewer flies, and the grass will be greener.

The kids came with me to fix fence the other day and managed to find a friend. They have been wanting to catch a frog for quite a while now and were happy to finally have one for just a bit.
